We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your reference photo and video

You can request a free AI image preview before signing in. After your permission confirmation, the selected role photos and visual preferences are sent to APIMart for image generation and content moderation. The result is stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage, accessible only through this browser's signed, HttpOnly preview cookie. Preview access expires after 24 hours and stored preview files are scheduled for automatic deletion. Our provider's processing and retention policies also apply to the images it receives.

We use a site-specific hash of your IP address, and your account ID when signed in, to enforce daily free-preview limits. Preview quota records do not store your raw IP, photo bytes or personal filenames. This ownership cookie is separate from your login and is not used as the rate-limit identity.

Selecting a photo creates a preview in your browser. When you confirm generation, Fancy Cafe AI sends the photo, your scene direction and output settings to APIMart to create the video. The site associates the generation request, status, result link and credit activity with your account so you can retrieve the result and check the charge. Completed videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and served through your account. Older provider-hosted media links may expire, so download any video you want to keep.

For the reference-video template, the selected photos are temporarily held in private R2 and provided to APIMart through expiring, single-file links. Each role photo is reviewed in the provider’s private asset library before Seedance 2.5 edits the reference scene. After the task finishes or fails, we request deletion of the customer role assets and remove temporary input objects; unsuccessful cleanup is retried on status checks. An automatic storage lifecycle schedules abandoned input files for deletion after one day. Provider-side deletion and backups follow the provider’s retention policies. The free image preview is separate and is not used as a video keyframe.

You can supply a separate photo for the arriving guest. Each photo is sent for its selected role. Before leaving for sign-in or checkout, the page may temporarily save your selected photos and settings in this browser so you can resume. The draft expires after 30 minutes and is cleared when restored. Returning does not automatically submit a generation request. Use a private device when selecting personal photos.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Analytics and traffic quality

We use Google Analytics, Plausible and PVUV.ai to understand how visitors use public pages and to distinguish human traffic from automated traffic. PVUV is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It uses first-party cookies and localStorage for visitor/session identifiers and attribution, and processes page URLs, referrers, browser/device information, interaction and diagnostic signals. PVUV states that stored IP addresses are hashed and device fingerprint data is retained as hashes and conclusions. We disable mobile-sensor and automatic download tracking, exclude account, administration and authentication pages, and do not send your account identity, photos or generation prompts as analytics properties.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice through Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop PVUV tracking. Existing analytics identifiers may remain in your browser until you clear them. Plausible operates without cookies. See PVUV’s privacy policy for its processing details.

Microsoft Clarity

With your analytics-cookie consent, we use Microsoft Clarity for masked public-page session recordings and heatmaps. Advertising storage is denied. Account, administration, authentication, checkout and result pages are excluded. Recording stops before photo selection, restored private media or form submission, and when you withdraw consent. We do not send account identities, uploaded photos, prompts or generation results as Clarity events. Use Cookie Settings to change your choice.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Conversion measurement

With your analytics consent, we use a signed first-party identifier to understand visits, sign-in attempts, previews, generation and purchases. When you sign in, we associate these steps with your verified account to measure conversions and exclude internal testing. We do not include your name, email, photos or prompts in analytics events. Our existing analytics providers may receive consented step events; payment conversion is checked against our server records. You can withdraw analytics consent using Cookie Settings.
